Kingdom of Dog

"Kingdom of Dog" played as part of a larger avantgarde production  called "Experiment" and put on at Spontaneous Productions in 2004.  owyheesound  served up production audio, art direction and editing for the mini-DV short.

Kingdom of Dog is a comedic short film created by Andrew Ellis. The production was very smooth and easy to work on. It also utilized some great locations in Boise.

The short was shot in color but was converted to black and white to detract from the digital artifacting that is the result of a camera malfunction. The falfuntion was not noticed until a significant way into the production.  The decision was made to keep going and live with the resulting reduced image quality.  It was a good idea because it is a fine film otherwise.
