Parts 1-4 consist of the introduction, the carrying of the torch by more than 3,000 runners from Olympia to Berlin, and track and field events (including Jesse Owens' achievements), the famous Olympia Marathon Sequence, and the beautiful slow-motion sequence of the high jump filmed against the twilight sky.
